Driving Classes!
Experience driving at CNY Event Ranch,
Driving Classes- Come have an afternoon full of horse related fun!
This class is designed for adults,
- Join our us for 4 days of learning or just pick the day that best suits your needs!
- These classes will give you the ability to harness, hitch-up, and drive a team of draft horses yourself. This introductory session will help you gain knowledge and experience when working with drafts, understand the importance of proper equipment and usage, as well as gain confidence in the driving world.
- This class will provide general driving knowledge and experience, some horse knowledge is recommended but beginners are welcome.
- Check in will begin at 1pm and classes will start promptly at 1:15pm, classes end at 4pm.
Weather Note: In the event of inclement weather, this event will transition to a different day or a refund.
Come Join us for an afternoon of fun!!
Class Time: 1pm-4pm
- April 11th- Harnessing and hitching up the draft horse, with a basic driving demo. $40.00 Class is needed to participate in another day.
- April 12th-Driving the team of horses (walk, stop, basic left and right turns) $50.00
- April 18th- Driving the team of horses, more time on the lines. $50.00
- April 19th- Driving the single horse. $50.00
Please remember this is a group class, if you need or want 1 on 1, we do offer driving lessons.
