Bar area with 2 bartenders. (3 hours- additional hours are $50 per hour)

We will do 1 meeting to start to go over colors, bar plans, staff plan & add-ons, catering, ceremony site setup plan. We prefer to have this meeting in person.

a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date & time.

Other 50% is required 5 days prior to event.

We are not wedding planners - but we will coordinate vendors arriving & where to set up on day of.

We will plan to meet 2 weeks before event again, on phone meetings are fine- to confirm details & make sure we have all vendor contacts.

Up to 50 people:

Beer & Canned Drinks $1,800.00
